Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related field.
• Three years of experience in social media management, digital communications or related discipline.
• Experience managing and producing content for enterprise-level social media platforms, including content development, audience engagement, and analytics reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with corporate and operating company objectives.
• Manage and maintain all social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging, tone and brand alignment.
• Monitor, respond to and manage customer messages and comments with the Customer Experience team (CXT) to ensure accurate and customer-focused responses.
• Develop and maintain bot responses to maximize customer satisfaction and support the CXT.
• Develop and maintain integrated social media content calendars.
• Create and publish engaging content across platforms.
• Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
