Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related field.
• Three years of experience in social media management, digital communications or related discipline.
• Experience producing content for enterprise-level social media platforms in a corporate or regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Manage and maintain all social media platforms with consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Monitor, respond to customer messages and comments in a timely manner with the CXT team.
• Develop and maintain bot responses to maximize customer satisfaction and support the CXT.
• Create and publish engaging content across platforms.
