You will align messaging with brand, coordinate with CX and IT, monitor analytics and respond to audience inquiries in a regulated environment. The role is based on site in Boise, Idaho, with potential for remote work within the United States.

Qualifications

• Must possess a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism or a related field.
• Three years of experience in social media management, digital communications or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience managing content for enterprise-level social media platforms, including content development, engagement and analytics in a corporate or regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with corporate and operating company objectives.
• Manage and maintain all social media platforms with consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Monitor, respond to and manage customer messages and comments in a timely manner in collaboration with the Customer Experience team.
