Job summary

Field Nation is seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive customer success by delivering complex Professional Services projects from kickoff to completion. You will manage scope, timelines, and outcomes while coordinating with internal teams and enterprise clients in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to ensure cohesive outcomes and timely updates.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Project/Program Management or related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a consultative style.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive-facing presentation skills.
• Proactive, outcome-driven team player with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoffs, define scope and success criteria, and manage delivery against milestones.
• Drive path-to-value by iterating in real time when success criteria risk.
• Build and manage multiple concurrent Professional Services project plans.
• Develop client engagement and communication strategies for executives.
• Serve as primary contact and trusted advisor for assigned projects.
• Partner with CS, Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to ensure cohesive outcomes.
• Track KPIs, provide updates, maintain documentation, and analyze data for improvements.
