Job summary

OpenText is seeking a Client Director for the Central region of the United States. You will own all aspects of Professional Services within your territory, drive services sales, and position OpenText’s portfolio to maximize client value.

You will be the trusted advisor to enterprise clients, manage revenue and bookings, and collaborate with North America peers to meet quarterly goals and client advocacy targets.

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma and/or IM/IT experience (10+ years) or equivalent.
• Experience selling Professional Services.
• Experience closing and directing engagements totaling at least $1 million in annual fees.
• Experience selling to enterprise clients across United States.
• Ability to communicate with C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of Professional Services within the territory.
• Drive services sales and support license and cloud opportunities.
• Position the full portfolio of Professional Services to maximize client value.
• Manage and forecast revenue, bookings, and client relationships.
