Job summary

OpenText is seeking a Client Director in the United States to drive Professional Services sales, revenue, and client success across US accounts while collaborating with North America teams to achieve bookings, revenue, and margin targets.

You will own all Professional Services within your territory, drive services opportunities, support license and cloud opportunities, and ensure successful solution delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IM/IT experience or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of experience with IT systems.
• Experience selling Professional Services.
• Experience closing and directing engagements totaling $1 million in annual fees.
• Experience selling to enterprise clients in United States.

Responsibilities

• Selling Professional Services across different accounts.
• Developing solutions for clients and Service Offering using available tools.
• Creating a pipeline of opportunity to meet quarterly budget expectations.
• Negotiating project deliverables, schedules, and costing for services.
• Updating opportunity status in Salesforce and coordinating with teams.
• Generating revenue within existing accounts with full range of services.
• Managing resource, forecast, proposals, SOWs, and approvals.
• Reporting quarterly revenue and bookings to leadership.
