NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Sales Specialist for a named territory across the United States and Canada.

The role is focused on leading strategic growth within our Products Vertical, driving pipeline, developing executive relationships, and closing transformational deals. The candidate should have a proven hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding quotas, deep ServiceNow platform knowledge, and experience selling into large enterprises.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• 5+ years selling ServiceNow services through a partner or partner-facing role.
• Ability to influence CIOs, CTOs and business leaders.
• Strong executive relationships and procurement navigation experience.
• Experience negotiating multi-year services agreements and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Carry a personal quota for ServiceNow services bookings across a named territory in the US and Canada.
• Develop strategic account plans for new logo acquisition, expansion and renewals.
• Generate pipeline through proactive prospecting, partner co-selling, client relationships, events and marketing programs.
• Maintain CRM discipline, pipeline coverage, opportunity management, and forecast accuracy.
• Position AI-first transformation strategies using ServiceNow and NTT DATA's AI-native delivery model.
