Job summary

Genetec invites a Sales Engineer to join our team in Connecticut to drive technical pre-sales and design enterprise-grade security solutions. You will demonstrate products, craft custom architectures, and support the sales cycle with deep technical knowledge.

You will champion Genetec inside the sales org, translate customer needs into scalable designs, and deploy proofs of concept for large enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Technical knowledge or specialization in Access Control, Video, Video Analytics, or Cloud Architecture.
• Experience managing technical pre-sales with a sales team.
• Enthusiastic, self-starter with a charismatic personality.
• Desire to grow professionally within a dynamic tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide product demonstrations for potential customers, consultants and channel partners.
• Design custom solutions using Genetec products.
• Assist the sales process with technical knowledge and architecture assessments.
• Champion Genetec products within the sales organization.
• Gather feedback from the field to improve processes.
• Deploy and manage proofs of concept for enterprise customers.
