Job summary

You’ll champion the products internally, provide field feedback to improve processes, and deploy proofs of concepts for enterprise customers. Collaboration, growth, and a customer‑centred mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong interpersonal communication and ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
• Technical knowledge in Access Control, Video, Video Analytics, or Cloud Architecture.
• Experience managing technical pre-sales processes with sales professionals.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and charismatic.
• Strong desire for professional growth.
• Must be located in California.

Responsibilities

• Provide product demonstrations for potential customers, consultants and channel partners.
• Leverage Genetec products to design custom solutions for customer needs.
• Assist the sales process with technical knowledge and architecture assessments.
• Champion Genetec products internally within the sales organization.
• Provide field feedback to improve processes.
• Deploy and manage proofs of concepts for enterprise customers.
