Job summary

Genetec is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in the United States. You will deliver product demonstrations, design custom solutions, and support the sales cycle with technical insights and architecture assessments.

You’ll champion our products internally, provide field feedback to improve processes, and deploy Proofs of Concepts for enterprise customers. This role rewards a proactive, growth-minded professional with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with stakeholders at various levels.
• Technical knowledge in Access Control, Video, Video Analytics, or Cloud Architecture preferred.
• Experience leading technical pre-sales with sales teams.
• Self-starter with a strong desire to grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide product demonstrations for potential customers, consultants and channel partners.
• Leverage Genetec products to design custom solutions for clients.
• Assist the sales process by providing technical knowledge and architecture assessments.
• Champion Genetec products internally within the sales organization.
• Provide feedback from the field to help improve processes.
• Deploy and manage Proofs of Concepts for enterprise customers.
