Qualifications

• Coordinate with customers to schedule service requests and follow-ups.
• Create new work orders and manage associated documentation for service requests.
• Serve as the primary permit contact for all jobs and work orders, ensuring timely submissions and updates.
• Assist with field dispatch and ongoing communication between office and service technicians.
• Support service operations by assisting with dispatch coordination and communication to field personnel as needed.
• Review work orders and project documentation for accuracy and completeness to ensure proper billing scope and cost alignment.
