Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Director of Enterprise Security to modernize and scale security across a cloud-first, AI-enabled enterprise. You will lead teams across Security Operations, Governance, IAM, and DevSecOps to align security with business goals.

The role emphasizes automation, risk management, and executive reporting, with responsibility for PCI DSS and risk frameworks, vendor management, and security metrics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• 5+ years leading security managers and technical teams.
• Experience building or transforming enterprise security organizations.
• Strong background in Security Operations, Incident Response, SIEM, SOAR, and security automation.
• Experience managing MDR/MSSP providers and vendor relationships.
• Expertise in IAM, PAM, IGA, and Identity Security programs.
• Experience with PCI DSS, NIST CSF, CIS, and other industry security frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud security, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Strong leadership, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise security strategy, roadmap development, and execution.
• Oversee Security Operations, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, and Cyber Resilience initiatives.
• Build and mature Governance, Risk & Compliance programs, including PCI DSS and security framework alignment.
• Lead Identity & Access Management, Privileged Access Management, and Identity Governance initiatives.
• Develop and scale Application Security and DevSecOps capabilities.
• Partner with technology teams on Azure, AWS, cloud security, and infrastructure security initiatives.
• Manage security vendors, MDR/MSSP relationships, budgets, and strategic investments.
• Establish security KPIs, operational metrics, and executive-level reporting.
• Drive adoption of automation, AI-assisted security operations, and continuous compliance practices.
• Present security posture, risk, and business impact to executive leadership.
