Job summary

S&P Global seeks a seasoned AI Security Leader to define and operate an enterprise AI security program across multi-cloud and on-prem environments. You will shape risk frameworks, review architectures, and drive governance with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Risk teams.

You will implement threat modeling, secure-by-design practices, and policy-based controls using tools across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI, guiding engineering to balance security with rapid innovation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Information Security with 4+ years in cloud security and 2+ years in AI/ML security.
• Hands-on with multi-cloud platforms and AI/ML services for security.
• Strong experience with Zero Trust, policy-as-code, and secrets management.
• Knowledge of AI/LLM tech stack, RAG, and vector databases.
• Experience with threat modeling and AI-specific testing.
• Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, GLBA and sector rules.

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize AI Security Strategy across multi-cloud and on-premise systems.
• Establish AI Risk Framework aligned with NIST AI RMF, ISO 23894, and regulatory needs.
• Perform Architecture Reviews for hosted/self-hosted AI, MCP/ACP/A2A patterns, and vector DBs.
• Design agent safety controls including sandboxing and least-privilege tooling.
• Lead AI Security Governance with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Risk teams.
• Drive adoption of AI security policies, playbooks, and threat-modeling sessions.
