Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Business Development Manager to drive incremental enterprise sales across its geographic territories. You will hunt for new opportunities and collaborate with regional sales managers to win large end-user deployments of Honeywell solutions.

The role requires a proven track record in security access control and video sales, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to operate in a matrix organization with sales, product, engineering and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of territory/account management in security access control and video industry sales experience.
• Proven track record of pipeline growth.
• Travel requirements: minimum of 50% within the territory (California, Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada).

Responsibilities

• Own 100% of enterprise new business opportunities.
• Deliver on financial objectives with RSMs.
• Build and implement sales action plans aligning with company strategy.
• Participate in sales activities to drive success.
• Develop key sales competencies (prospecting, lead gen, influencing, business judgment).
• Maintain extensive knowledge of customers, opportunities, markets and competition.
• Add value through demonstrations, regional trade shows and product roadshows.
• Own RFP responses and submittals in the local territory.
