Job summary

Together for Talent is seeking an ambitious Enterprise SDR in New York City to build outbound pipeline from the ground up and work directly with company leadership on messaging and campaigns.

Target accounts include ecommerce, retail, fashion, beauty, and Shopify Plus. You will research buyers, personalize outreach across multiple channels, and book qualified meetings while leveraging AI tools to boost productivity and CRM hygiene.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of SDR or related high-output roles.
• Excellent written and oral communication; concise and personalized outreach.
• High ownership, energy, resilience, and follow-through.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, rejection, and ambiguity.
• Curious about AI, ecommerce, and SaaS.
• Able to connect complex product concepts to business outcomes.
• Strong CRM hygiene and organization; ready for in-person NYC work.

Responsibilities

• Target enterprise ecommerce, retail, fashion, beauty, CPG, agency, and Shopify Plus accounts.
• Research companies, buyers, priorities, and pain points.
• Create personalized outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and other channels.
• Book qualified meetings with ecommerce, growth, digital, marketing, and brand leaders.
• Partner with founders on account strategy, messaging, and outbound campaigns.
• Use AI tools to improve research, personalization, and prospecting productivity.
• Maintain clean CRM data and help develop the SDR playbook.
