Job summary

Conversion is hiring an SDR in San Francisco to identify and engage ideal prospects, book meetings for our founders and enterprise AE, and demonstrate the ROI of our marketing automation platform.

You will work with the GTM Engineering team on sharp research, personalized outreach, and turning intent signals into pipeline. This is the first dedicated SDR seat, with a direct path to a closing role for high performers, and you must be in-person in SF.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Strong writing and ability to hold conversations with senior leaders.
• Competitive, coachable and resilient; learn from every no.
• Organized and consistent; runs their day like a system.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into ICP: marketing and ops leaders at fast-growing software firms.
• Run personalized outbound via email, phone, and LinkedIn to book qualified meetings.
• Qualify and route inbound leads with quick, thoughtful follow-up.
• Collaborate with GTM Engineer to sharpen targeting and test plays.
• Keep CRM data clean; hit weekly and quarterly meeting targets.
• Help write the SDR playbook; scale the team with learnings.
