Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product development, preferably in the Middle Office for large financial service firms.

• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of client-centric, front-to-back product solutions that operate cohesively across Front Office platforms and Middle/Back Office services and systems.
• Implement a disciplined, modern PDLC framework, covering ideation, prioritization, build, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Embed AI and advanced analytics into products and processes to enhance automation, decisioning, and client experience.
• Lead adoption of agile ways of working, ensuring cross-functional teams deliver iteratively with clear accountability, metrics, and outcomes.
