Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Technical Consultant focused on Enterprise and Strategic Enterprise customers using SAP S/4HANA. You will partner with Customer Activation, Account Management, Product, Design and Engineering to design and implement scalable financial solutions and integrations that scale with Ramp’s customers.

You will define success criteria, educate customers on Ramp's capabilities, and drive technical roadmaps with a deep understanding of S/4HANA integration and configuration options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, finance or related field.
• 4+ years in technical consulting or similar customer-facing technical role in SaaS/fintech.
• 3+ years hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, including finance modules and integration patterns.
• Deep familiarity with S/4HANA finance workflows: GL, AP, cost center management.
• Strong ability to explain APIs, integration logic and system architecture to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise/S4HANA accounts across multi-entity, multi-ERP environments.
• Guide S/4HANA integration, configuration, and system design with internal and customer teams.
• Assess requirements with activation and account-management to propose scalable SAP/ERP solutions.
• Support technical workstreams with onboarding and implementation leads to accelerate value.
• Troubleshoot integration blockers and advise on optimal Ramp architectures and API usage.
• Contribute to Ramp documentation and tooling to scale S/4HANA use cases.
