Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Technical Consultant to partner with Enterprise customers running Oracle Fusion Cloud and to act as the technical and financial SME. You will design solutions that address customer needs through Ramp and partner integrations, collaborating with Post-Sales to evolve Ramp's roadmap and deliver high-value outcomes.

You will define success criteria from onboarding through activation, and work with Product, Design and Engineering to align Ramp's capabilities with customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
• 4+ years in technical consulting or similar customer-facing role in SaaS/fintech.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including financials modules and multi-entity deployments.
• Strong communication and ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise accounts running Oracle Cloud.
• Advise customers and Ramp teams during high-value implementations and expansions.
• Collaborate with Customer Activation & Account Management to assess requirements and propose scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Support onboarding and implementation leads to accelerate time-to-value and customer success.
• Explain APIs, integration logic, and architecture to finance and operations stakeholders.
• Influence Ramp product roadmap by channeling Oracle Cloud customer pain points to Product and Engineering.
• Troubleshoot Oracle Cloud integration blockers and guide customers through configuration decisions.
• Contribute to internal docs and tooling for Oracle Cloud use cases across Ramp.
• Be SME across Oracle Cloud and Ramp accounting integration with Sales, Product and Engineering.
