Job summary

Insperity is seeking a Vice President, Salesforce CRM to own the enterprise vision, strategy, and ROI for the Salesforce platform. You will drive end-to-end accountability for performance, value realization, and enterprise outcomes across the organization.

This role partners with functions to translate strategy into measurable roadmaps and a product-minded operating model, balancing innovation with stability while guiding data governance and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in enterprise technology, product, or platform leadership.
• 7–10+ years leading Salesforce or CRM platforms at enterprise scale.
• Experience with governance, investment decisions, and roadmaps.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to drive ROI.

Responsibilities

• Defines and executes on a multi-year Salesforce platform strategy aligned to enterprise priorities and ROI.
• Partners across divisions to translate strategy into measurable platform outcomes and roadmaps.
• Leads a product-centric operating model for the Salesforce platform to deliver measurable business value.
• Manages platform risk including data privacy, compliance, and release management.
• Delivers training, enablement and user adoption programs and defines KPIs to measure success.
