Job summary

ListEngage, LLC in Kentucky seeks an Experienced Enterprise Project Manager to drive client engagements for Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives. You will plan, execute and oversee deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget outcomes while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction throughout the engagement.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope and risks, communicate milestones, and ensure the project delivers maximum value to clients during US business hours.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise client engagements or implementations across large-scale projects (Salesforce preferred).
• Proven leadership with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including technical and production groups.
• Willingness to work during normal US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of client marketing strategies.
• Create and manage project plans to support large engagements and milestones.
• Serve as primary client contact, building trust through proactive communication.
• Execute transition from sales/implementation to ongoing delivery with internal teams.
• Highlight value by communicating weekly successes with clients.
• Facilitate and participate in status meetings and other required meetings.
• Ensure client success by delivering on scope, schedule, and cost targets.
