Job summary

Coastal Cloud is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive successful delivery of Salesforce projects for enterprise clients. The role involves leading delivery teams, managing one or more client engagements, and ensuring budget adherence while mitigating risks.

You will work closely with a Solution Architect to validate SOWs and proposals, and mentor junior team members. Onsite presence is required (Hartford, CT, Tue-Thu).

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of full lifecycle Salesforce implementation experience as Project Manager.
• Strong client management and communication skills for high-level stakeholders.
• Experience overseeing multiple large, complex Salesforce projects with multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Clouds and SaaS integrations.
• Proven ability to lead teams and mentor project delivery staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery teams and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Manage one or more client engagements concurrently.
• Maintain risk register and manage budget against scope.
• Validate SOW and technical solutions with the Solution Architect.
• Present change orders and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor ROI and KPIs, drive CSAT targets.
• Oversee resources and budget, ensure on-time delivery.
• Travel to client locations as required.
