Job summary

Coastal Cloud LLC in Austin, TX seeks an Enterprise Program Manager to lead large-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations for major clients. You will own governance, strategic planning, resource allocation, and profitability across complex programs.

The role requires 3+ years as a PM in enterprise settings, 10+ years PMO experience, and up to 50% travel. Onsite work at client locations in Austin is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Enterprise PM experience leading large-scale technology implementations.
• 10+ years of dedicated PMO experience across complex programs.
• 5+ years in professional consulting.
• Proven ability to manage programs budgeted at $2M+ annually.
• Hands-on Salesforce project experience."
• Experience managing teams of 10+ including PMs.
• Strong technical background across software development, testing, automation, DevOps, CI/CD, QA.

Responsibilities

• Strategic client and stakeholder management at executive levels.
• Partner with Coastal Leadership to manage critical client relationships and Steering Committee members.
• Own primary relationship for assigned enterprise clients and programs.
• Establish and maintain robust engagement and operating models.
• Provide strategic direction to expand Coastal Cloud's footprint across key clients.
• Deliver high-impact program updates to executives.
• Lead multi-cloud ecosystem delivery with multiple workstreams.
• Develop delivery plans, track milestones and critical paths.
• Identify and mitigate risks across large-scale programs.
• Ensure forecast accuracy and program profitability.
