Alaska Communications is seeking a results-driven leader to guide its Enterprise sales team. You will drive strategic initiatives, build key customer relationships, and uncover new revenue opportunities from strategy to execution.

You will analyze market data to inform decisions, supervise RFP responses, and align Product, Marketing, and Operations to expand Alaska Communications’ business footprint in Alaska.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Telecommunications; equivalent education, experience, and training may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
• Master’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, or Telecommunications.
• Ten years of sales experience with telecom industry exposure; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and provide strategic direction to the Enterprise department.
• Develop new sales opportunities across channels, segments, and strategic accounts.
• Analyze data and produce dashboards and insights to guide decisions.
• Oversee responses to corporate RFPs and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Service Delivery and Operations to grow the business.
