Job summary

TransPerfect, a global leader in language services and technology, seeks an accomplished Enterprise Sales Director to expand relationships with industry firms and corporations. You will develop strategies, source opportunities, and close deals to drive the full range of services.

You will travel domestically and internationally to conferences and client meetings, manage pricing and contracts, and lead a high-performing sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in enterprise sales and sales lifecycle management.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop prospective clients through strategies including research, referrals, and directories.
• Source and close new clients through referrals, cold calling, and networking.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and deliver elite service.
• Formulate sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Build a productive pipeline and manage each phase of the sales process.
• Develop project budgets and create proposals.
• Understand and articulate TransPerfect’s offerings and refer opportunities to specialists.
• Set and manage client expectations while advising on best practices.
• Travel domestically and internationally for conferences and meetings.
