Enterprise Sales & Marketing Manager - Remote

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Remote Enterprise Sales & Marketing Manager to drive sales for our hotels in the western region. The role involves managing marketing, sales, and service delivery for a portfolio of 2 to 10 hotels, handling 50-349+ room nights, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage marketing, selling, and service delivery for a portfolio of hotels.
  2. Achieve productivity goals related to room nights and sales targets.
  3. Handle leads with various room and meeting space requirements.
  4. Evaluate and prioritize leads to maximize profitability.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
  6. Create promotional materials and respond to leads effectively.
  7. Utilize internal systems for lead management and tracking.
  8. Engage with brand and vendor sales tools and resources.
  9. Provide feedback to enhance client experience.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in marketing, sales, communications, or related fields, with hospitality experience preferred.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Technology: Proficiency in Delphi, FDC, and/or Marriott CI/TY systems.

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for 8+ hours at a desk and computer.
