Job description

Atrium Hospitality LP is seeking a REMOTE Enterprise Sales & Marketing Manager to drive sales for our hotels in the west region, embracing the Atrium SPIRIT: Service, Perseverance, Inclusion, Respect, Innovation, and Teamwork.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage marketing, selling, and delivery of hospitality services for 2 to 10 hotels.
  2. Handle 50-349+ room nights with quarterly productivity goals.
  3. Manage leads with various room and meeting space requirements.
  4. Evaluate leads for profitability and redirect unqualified business.
  5. Build and maintain client relationships.
  6. Design and present promotional materials.
  7. Utilize internal systems for lead management and tracking.
  8. Engage with brand and vendor sales tools and resources.
  9. Provide feedback to maximize client experience.
  10. Perform any other work necessary to fulfill the primary purpose of the role.
Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years in marketing, sales, communications, or related fields; prior hospitality experience.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Technology: Proficient in Delphi, FDC, and/or Marriott CI/TY.

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for 8+ hours at a desk and computer.
