Job summary

Zafran is seeking a Director of Sales, Enterprise to lead hyper-growth in the Enterprise segment, drive pipeline, and ensure revenue achievement. You will set strategy, guide complex deals, and partner cross-functionally to deliver results.

You will recruit and develop a high-performance team, govern forecasting, and build scalable processes to expand our enterprise footprint. Cybersecurity expertise is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in cyber security sales leadership at enterprise scale.
• Experience building and guiding enterprise sales teams and GTM strategies.
• Strong ability to forecast and manage revenue across large deals.
• Proven capability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
