Job summary

Paychex in Houston is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to hunt and close net-new enterprise accounts ranging from 100 to 5,000+ employees. You’ll run disciplined full-cycle sales from prospecting to discovery, demos, and close, in a structured, team-based GTM environment.

You’ll build value through One Paychex portfolio including payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services, collaborating with solutions engineers and RevOps to win large, strategic deals while developing

Qualifications

5+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B sales.
3+ years of experience in HCM/HR tech or related field.
Proven ability to engage economic buyers at the C-level.
Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Hunt and close net-new enterprise business with 100–5,000+ employees across defined territories.
Run full-cycle sales from prospecting through discovery, demo, and close.
Build high-value solution bundles across the One Paychex Portfolio (PEO, HR, Payroll, Benefits, Retirement).
Partner with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and broker/channel relationships to win deals.
Own pipeline with forecasting and deal control through close.
