Job summary

Mee Derby & Company seeks a Sr. Director/VP of Enterprise Sales (Individual Contributor) to drive growth in workforce solutions for Fortune 1000 clients. You will sell MSP, VMS, EOR, SOW, Direct Sourcing, and AI tech that integrates with VMS platforms.

Own complex, end-to-end pursuits and engage senior executives to close strategic, multi-stakeholder deals with a high-visibility, quota-driven approach. This role supports a hybrid, nationwide remote work model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle, enterprise sales in contingent workforce solutions, MSP, or VMS.
• Experience selling HR tech and workforce services to Fortune 1000 firms.
• Proven ability to engage senior executives and lead multi-stakeholder deals.

Responsibilities

• Own complex enterprise pursuits end-to-end, from prospecting to close.
• Engage and influence senior executives (C-level, SVP/EVP) in large deals.
• Collaborate across internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
