You will manage end-to-end sales cycles, craft comprehensive solution bundles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact.

You bring 5+ years of quota-carrying or complex B2B sales experience, strong C-level engagement, and a track record of closing large deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying or complex B2B sales experience.
• 3 years of experience in HCM industry.
• Driver's license required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business in defined territories.
• Run full-cycle sales from prospecting to close.
• Build bundled solutions across Paychex portfolios.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers and RevOps.
• Own pipeline with accurate forecasting and deal control.
