Summary

With an already impressive roster of customers, we’re growing fast and looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help us expand our reach. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive new business and expand relationships with enterprise-level Financial Services firms. You’ll own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, working closely with internal teams to deliver AI-powered solutions that drive real business impact. Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle; from outbound prospecting, to qualifying opportunities, delivering product demos, running trials, and closing deals.
  • Achieve and overachieve both new business and account growth revenue targets; focus on securing new enterprise customers while expanding existing relationships.
  • Engage with senior decision-makers – work with C-level executives, risk, compliance, and technology leaders to position Aveni’s AI platform as a strategic asset.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure prospects and customers adopt and grow with Aveni.
  • Spearhead market expansion by entering new customer segments and use cases, collaborating cross-functionally to differentiate our offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop deep knowledge of AI applications in Financial Services to provide thought leadership and value to prospects and customers.
  • Travel within the UK to meet prospects and customers face-to-face, participate in industry events, and foster relationships.
Requirements
  • Extensive SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a high-growth environment.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and eager-to-learn mindset.
  • Strong consultative sales skills to uncover customer pain points and position solutions effectively.
  • Experience navigating and managing large enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders across commercial and technical teams.
  • Experience negotiating complex, customized commercial agreements with sales cycles of 9-12 months.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident presentation abilities both in-person and online, and ability to connect with all customer levels, including C-level executives.
  • A growth mindset and self-starter attitude.
  • Experience selling into Financial Services or other regulated industries.
  • Solid knowledge of sales processes including MEDDICC, Force Management, and SPIN.
  • Experience working with Partners like AWS and Microsoft.
  • Salary: £85,000 base plus uncapped commission (£170,000 OTE).
