Levelpath, Inc. is hiring an engineer to embed with enterprise customers and translate their needs into production integrations.

You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and the customer, configuring workflows, standing up collaborations, and guiding teams on how Levelpath agents handle data in live environments. You will write real code, ship integrations, and debug production issues while presenting to customers and partnering with IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical side of customer relationships: implementation, integration, workflow configuration, and go-live for enterprise procurement deployments.
• Build integrations between Levelpath and customer systems (ERP, HRIS, SSO, finance tools) with TypeScript, NestJS, and PostgreSQL, and guide customer teams building their own against our GraphQL API.
• Run technical calls end to end: discovery, architecture, live debugging, executive readouts. You are the face of Levelpath engineering for our US customers.
• Prototype fast with agents, then harden what sticks: schema enforcement, validation, graceful degradation, and knowing where things break.
• Anchor US-hours on-call and turn every incident into better tooling, better runbooks, and a better product.
• Be the voice of the customer inside engineering, turning field reality into roadmap signal.
