Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree preferred.
• >5 years of enterprise sales experience in facilities management, real estate services, technology, or related fields.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota in direct sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed annual sales quota.
• Build integrated facilities solutions on the Lessen platform to meet customer goals.
• Engage C-level executives and develop compelling business cases for Lessen’s services.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline aligned with territory growth goals.
• Develop industry thought-leadership and forecast accurately.
• Support inside sales resources and collaborate with customer success and operations to grow relationships.
