$160,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

I am working with a market-leading healthcare technology organization that provides end-to-end revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions supporting financial performance for providers, payers, and patients.

They are expanding their enterprise sales team. This role focuses on driving new revenue within existing health system accounts and will be territory-based depending on your location.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle with health system/IDN customers, from prospecting to closing contracts.
  • Develop strategic plans for account growth.
  • Collaborate with the product team to align client goals and ensure achievement.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements within agreed timelines.
  • Expand the territory by networking, attending conferences, and engaging hospital C-suite executives to build strategic relationships.

Requirements:

  • Achieved sales quotas of $2m ARR+ over the last three years.
  • Experience with average deal sizes over $500k ARR.
  • Minimum 5 years selling healthcare revenue cycle technology to health systems/IDNs.
  • Existing relationships with CFOs, VP/SVP Revenue Cycle, Finance Directors, COOs.
  • Experience with AI/ML-enabled products preferred.
  • Up to 50% travel required.
