Figure in New York seeks an Enterprise SDR to own outbound into a defined list of large accounts, researching stakeholders and crafting targeted outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn. You will build POVs for each account and hand off well-contextualized meetings to the Account Executives.
You will collaborate with Marketing, develop account plans with AEs, and keep the CRM accurate while aiming for a steady stream of qualified meetings in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
2+ years in a sales development, business development, or comparable outbound roleResearch ability. You can read a company’s site, filings, and public commentary and find the reason to reach outWorking command of CRM and sales engagement toolsComplete mandatory security awareness training within required timeframesWillingness to travel occasionally for conferences and team meetingsResilience. Most outreach gets no response, and you keep going anywayA record of hitting or exceeding a meetings or pipeline targetDiscipline on activity and follow-through.
