Located at Lake Forest HQ, this hybrid role collaborates with cross-functional partners to implement standards and drive continuous improvement. You will oversee regulatory inspections, manage Change processes, and coordinate enterprise safety programs while aligning with legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• 7+ years of EH&S, risk management, compliance, or security experience in multi-site environments.
• 5+ years leading governance, regulatory compliance, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and related regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise Safety & Security governance framework across regions.
• Provide enterprise leadership for regulatory and environmental compliance and risk management.
• Lead the Management of Change process with governance, reviews, and risk evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align programs, systems, and reporting with requirements.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections, agency interactions, and remediation actions.
• Oversee business continuity, resilience, and emergency preparedness programs.
• Support executive leadership with analysis on performance and risks.
• Develop and mentor Safety & Security teams and partner with key stakeholders.
