Job summary

Grainger is seeking a Safety & Security Programs Manager to lead enterprise safety and security initiatives across North America. The role reports to the Sr. Manager, Corporate Safety & Security, and collaborates with regional leaders to align programs and performance metrics.

The position is based at Grainger's corporate HQ in Lake Forest, IL, requiring three days in the office per week. Sponsorship is not available; only candidates authorized to work in the United States will be considered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Environmental Health & Safety, Security, Learning & Development, Program Management experience in a multi-site environment.
• Experience developing enterprise programs, policies, and cross-functional initiatives is preferred.
• Learning Management System (LMS) administration knowledge and governance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain, and improve enterprise Safety & Security programs and management system documentation.
• Lead administration and continuous improvement of Safety & Security management system and records retention.
• Develop and maintain Safety & Security learning programs, curriculum, and LMS administration.
