Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years of practical experience in Agile delivery and leadership.
- Recognized expert in ART frameworks and transformation.
- Published thought leader or speaker in Agile forums.
- Experience influencing enterprise strategy.
- Visionary leadership in Agile strategy.
- Expert in Agile innovation and enterprise transformation.
- Strong influence across executive and industry levels.
- SAFe RTE, Leading SAFE, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master or SAFe Program Consultant Certifications.
Responsibilities
- Shape enterprise ART vision and strategy.
- Develop ART governance frameworks and lead high-impact programs.
- Identify Risk Management Planning at the Enterprise level.
- Lead Agile transformation at scale across departments.
- Represent organization in industry forums and Agile communities.
- Mentor other RTEs and Agile leaders.
- Influence investment decisions in Agile tools and practices.
- Drive innovation and adoption of emerging Agile methodologies.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
