Job summary

Eagle One Solutions, Inc. seeks a SAFe Implementation Specialist to drive the assessment, planning, and execution of Lean-Agile practices within a federal IT portfolio. The role requires hands-on coaching to transform delivery environments into value-focused organizations.

You will tailor SAFe, enable planning cadences, and build internal capability across leadership, Product Management, and delivery teams, while partnering with stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of Agile project, program, or delivery management.
• Minimum of 3 years leading SAFe, enterprise Agile, or large-scale Agile in a government environment.
• Certifications: Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, and SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Implement and mature an Agile-at-scale operating model aligned with portfolio priorities and delivery.
• Assess current practices and tailor SAFe and Agile processes for the division.
• Lead PI Planning and other Agile planning and synchronization events.
• Coach leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and teams in Lean-Agile practices.
• Develop playbooks, templates, and artifacts to support adoption and scalability.
• Measure progress and refine approaches based on outcomes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align priorities and investments.
