Job summary

Dotmatics Ltd. is seeking a high-impact Sales Manager to drive new logo growth across the Life Sciences industry, with a focus on the Chennai, India territory. This is a pure hunter role targeting enterprise-scale SaaS platform deals and leveraging Siemens co-selling opportunities.

You will own your territory end-to-end—identifying whitespace, generating pipeline, and closing strategic 500k–1M+ ACV deals. This role blends global reach with regional execution in a remote-friendly, collaborative

Qualifications

6+ years experience in growth/new logos across large territories with CXO, R&D and IT exposure.
Proven hunter with a track record in enterprise SaaS sales.
Experience selling data management, automation, or AI to R&D, IT, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own and build your territory with data-driven plans for new logo acquisition and pipeline.
Lead complex enterprise sales cycles with multi-stakeholder buy-in and ROI-focused business cases.
Leverage Siemens + Dotmatics digital thread to expand account penetration across divisions and geographies.
Sell strategic transformation by translating data challenges into measurable business value.
Be the voice of the market by partnering with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive long-term growth.
