Job summary

Scribe is seeking a Product Specialist in San Francisco (Hybrid) to configure trials and connect Scribe with customers’ systems. You’ll work with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers, handling end-to-end POCs and guiding admin and onboarding sessions.

You’ll own proofs of concept, troubleshoot configuration issues, create setup guides, and provide input to improve the platform. This is a customer-facing technical role in a fast-growing SaaS company.

Qualifications

• Has 1–3 years in a customer-facing technical role at a SaaS company.
• Can explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Takes ownership of active deals and drives them forward.
• Is comfortable building or improving processes with limited documented guidance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proofs of concept to customers quickly and efficiently, owning user provisioning and integration setup end to end.
• Troubleshoot to separate configuration mistakes from product or access issues and escalate as needed.
• Lead admin walkthroughs and end-user onboarding sessions during customer calls.
• Produce configuration guides, troubleshooting runbooks, and documented processes for GTM reuse.
• Shorten the time between a customer's POC approval and data-enabled workflow outcomes.
• Provide product-specific feedback on setup friction impacting deals.
• Collaborate with Product to gain early access to new features and suggest improvements.
