Job summary

Grant Street Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale M&A and other strategic initiatives for our SaaS platforms serving government agencies and financial institutions. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage complex programs across multiple clients, and partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities.

You’ll navigate ambiguity, mitigate risks, and communicate with executive stakeholders while driving-on time execution. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project/program management experience in M&A or similar environments.
• Prior experience leading an M&A project.
• Experience leading or supporting merger, acquisition, integration initiatives.
• Independently operate in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
• Excel at aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for executives, teams, and partners.
• Discretion handling sensitive initiatives.
• Experience with multiple systems, vendors, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Organized, flexible, pragmatic, balancing strategy and hands-on execution.
• Proactive problem solver navigating ambiguity during change.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A, partnerships, integrations, and other major cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, workstreams, milestones, and logs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across finance, legal, HR, product, engineering, operations, security, leadership, and partners.
• Support due diligence by organizing data requests and tracking items.
• Drive integration planning, readiness, dependencies, and post-close follow-through.
• Identify risks, dependencies, blockers, and drive resolution strategies.
• Facilitate executive-level status reporting, governance meetings, and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams while maintaining overall health.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and trust across teams.
• Help improve internal M&A processes and playbooks.
• Adapt to changing priorities with a calm, solutions-oriented approach.
• Travel up to 35% as needed.
