Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel in the United Kingdom is seeking a Productivity Tools and Collaboration Engineer to own administration, licensing, escalations and security governance for enterprise SaaS such as Smartsheet, Monday.com and Adobe.

You will partner with Information Security, Procurement and Legal to keep platforms secure and well governed, ensuring smooth operations and controlled access across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology roles with hands-on administration of enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of work management or collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com, M365) and Adobe Admin Console.
• Experience with identity and access concepts: SSO, SAML/OIDC, SCIM, RBAC and joiner/mover/leaver processes.
• Practical experience with license management and renewal support.
• Understanding of security governance principles and third-party risk assessment.
• Experience resolving escalated ITSM incidents using tools like FreshService.
• Strong written and spoken communication; able to guide colleagues on security/compliance.
• Self-motivation and organization, with a track record in remote settings.

Responsibilities

• Platform administration and operations for enterprise SaaS platforms including tenant configuration and access control.
• License allocation, reclamation and true-up reporting; analyze usage and forecast renewals.
• Escalated support (Tier 3) for complex issues; coordinate with vendors to drive resolution.
• Apply security governance: access reviews, data classification, retention and external sharing controls.
• Collaborate with owners to drive adoption, roadmaps and best practices; automate routines where possible.
