Ultimo, part of IFS, is expanding its Enterprise Sales team for the Benelux region. The Enterprise Account Executive will own the full sales cycle from first contact to signature, targeting new enterprise logos across the Benelux.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required for this customer-facing role, with Nunspeet, the Netherlands, or remote work options. You’ll sell to operations, maintenance, finance, and IT leaders at the C-level, navigating complex stakeholder processes and building a

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in new business in complex B2B/enterprise environments.
• Experience in international, high-growth environments with proactive pipeline-building.
• Self-driven, commercially sharp, able to earn trust with senior decision-makers.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong advantage for Belg/Lux markets.

Responsibilities

• Win new enterprise logos across the Benelux, owning full cycle from first contact to signature.
• Sell at C-level to operations, maintenance, finance and IT leaders with a strong business case.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes with patience and drive to close.
• Shape territory and approach with support from presales, marketing and partners.
