Job summary

Bluebird is partnering with a global leader in tax and trade technology to hire an Enterprise Account Executive for the Benelux market. You will hunt and close large enterprise accounts across Benelux while growing a 15-20 customer base through upsell and cross-sell.

This role carries a €1.4M quota with 30% YoY growth and a strong emphasis on new business. You\'ll run strategic account planning, deliver complex presentations, and build partner relationships with Big 4 and ERP vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of complex, full-cycle closing experience, including 2+ years in enterprise sales.
• ERP or similar complex solution sales background with strong discovery skills.
• Proven hunter with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Stable tenure with a seller's career.
• Strong knowledge of the Benelux market.
• Fluent English; Dutch language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close new business in enterprise accounts across Benelux.
• Grow a base of 15-20 existing customers through upsell and cross-sell.
• Own a €1.4M quota, growing 30% year over year with a stronger new-business focus.
• Run strategic account planning, complex presentations, and regular business reviews.
• Develop partner relationships with Big 4 and ERP vendors.
• Collaborate with solution consultants, product specialists, and retention support.
