Job summary

Cyera is seeking an Account Executive for Identity Security in New England to drive full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales across the region. You will prospect, map customer needs to Cyera’s security data capabilities, and close large, complex deals with executive sponsorship.

This US-based role requires up to 50% travel, remote-friendly work, and a compensation package that reflects seniority, with a $300k–$360k total target and performance-driven incentives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years selling enterprise SaaS to Fortune 500 customers.
• Proven ability to articulate business value and ROI to C-suite executives.
• Experience mapping security/data use cases to enterprise needs.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Cyera’s data security value to prospects.
• Create territory plans with goals and forecast accuracy.
• Lead full sales cycle from pipeline generation to close.
• Deliver tailored PoVs and business-value discussions onsite.
• Engage CISO/CDO/CPO/CIO with executive-focused insights.
• Negotiate and close new and existing business.
• Expand Cyera presence with partners.
• Attend events and industry networking to drive pipeline.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executives.
