The Clearing House is seeking an ERM Manager to lead and enhance enterprise risk management across the organization. You will focus on risk appetite, risk assessments, KRIs, control testing, and issue management, partnering with stakeholders to promote clear ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in risk management, finance, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Enterprise or Operational Risk Management, preferably in financial services.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to understand technologies and their associated risks.
• Understanding of risk appetite, tolerances, and impact on risk profiles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and execute enterprise risk management frameworks.
• Evolve risk appetite statements, tolerances, and related frameworks.
• Collaborate to design RCSA, issue management, and risk reporting workflows.
• Monitor risks across business units and report to risk committees and stakeholders.
• Maintain risk management policies, procedures, and standards.
• Multi-task across tactical and strategic deliverables.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Learn new technologies and identify process improvements.
