Job summary

DEPT is a remote-first agency with a global footprint and a strong retail media practice. We seek an Account Lead, Retail Search to develop and execute paid search strategies across networks like Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, and Target for an enterprise client.

You will lead a team, deliver timely reporting, insights, and optimized campaigns. You’ll collaborate with analytics, creative, and account management to ensure cohesive media plans, while staying ahead of industry trends and maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of paid search experience with a focus on retail media networks.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise-level paid search campaigns.
• Deep understanding of retail media networks and platforms (Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Best Buy Ads, Target, etc.).
• Proficiency with paid search tools and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic paid search campaigns across retail media networks for an enterprise retail account.
• Lead and mentor a team of paid search specialists for performance and growth.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and account management to align media plans with client goals.
• Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of paid search campaigns within budget and quality standards.
• Stay current with industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.
• Develop and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
