DEPT is a digital agency focused on tech and marketing. We seek an Account Lead for Retail Search to lead enterprise retail campaigns across Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Best Buy Ads and Target Roundel.

You will develop paid search strategies, deliver insights, and manage a team to ensure flawless execution within budget. Remote-first, candidates should be located in Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones in the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of paid search advertising experience.
• Proven track record managing enterprise-level campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of retail media networks (Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Best Buy Ads, Target Roundel).
• Proficiency with paid search platforms and analytics tools.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team.
